Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-11-02
Framelume is a free app by TUNA Corp. By using it, you agree to these terms.
License
If you download Framelume from the App Store, it is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms add to that agreement; where they differ, the Standard EULA applies.
Free, provided as is
Framelume is free. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that it will be error-free or that every edit will turn out the way you want. Keep a copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.
Your content and your responsibility
- You are responsible for having the rights to the photos and videos you edit and share.
- Remove watermarks, logos or other marks only where you are allowed to — for example on your own work, or with the owner’s permission. Don’t use Framelume to infringe anyone’s copyright or other rights.
- Your content stays yours. We never receive it.
Third-party components
- LaMa, the AI removal model, is licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
- ProPainter, used by the optional video removal setup in the Mac app, is licensed under the NTU S-Lab License 1.0, which allows non-commercial use only. If you set it up, you agree to use it under that license.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TUNA Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Framelume or your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can’t be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
